Advocating for injured workers across the state of Indiana
Trusted Help With Your Indiana Worker’s Comp Claim
Filing for worker’s comp benefits can be confusing and frustrating. Even a small mistake could mean a delay in or a denial of your claim – and you need your benefits now.
Our team understands the detailed requirements of these claims and how to present them. Focused completely on this legal area, we authoritatively speak the same language as insurers and know how to work the bureaucracy.
We Handle Complex Indiana Worker’s Comp Cases
In some cases, you could be entitled to more than worker’s comp benefits. If someone outside your company was responsible for your accident, for example, you might have a personal injury claim. Workers who become disabled may also be eligible for Social Security Disability benefits. With over 25 years of experience in this field, our attorney can help you understand how worker’s comp coordinates with other compensation you may receive and pursue the benefits you deserve.
Don’t Give Up If Your Indiana Worker’s Compensation Claim Is Denied
Whether you had us file your initial claim or not, we can help you respond to a denial efficiently and effectively. Our legal team knows Indiana’s worker’s comp system inside and out. We can help you through the entire appeals process, from informal dispute resolution to worker’s compensation board hearings and court appeals.
No matter where you are in the claims process, we are here to lift your burdens. We know what you are going through. We’re here to answer all your questions and provide you with sound guidance and personal service at all times.
